Knowing how to perform a trade or service is one part of building a livelihood. Running a business also requires an understanding of accounting, finance, marketing, customers, business planning, and day-to-day decision-making.
It introduces graduates to these areas and helps them develop business ideas and prepare to implement them. As a technical and vocational entrepreneurship center, it connects practical skills with the business knowledge needed to explore entrepreneurship.
THF positions Emerge as Pakistan’s first TVET incubation center. By connecting vocational training with entrepreneurship development, the programme gives skilled graduates another pathway for putting their training into practice.

The model consists of 256 credit hours delivered over six months through a 4+2 structure.
The first four months focus on core entrepreneurial and business development training. The following two months focus on implementation. The curriculum covers six key areas:

With approximately 74% of pitched businesses progressing to revenue generation, these results show how ventures can move from pitching to real market activity. They also offer a practical indication of Emerge’s role in helping entrepreneurs develop and test their ventures.
