I have over 25 years of experience in developing and managing retail and consumer banking operations for global and regional banks, with a strong background in strategy, leadership, and financial management. In his current role, he oversees the design and implementation of digital banking products and services, leveraging emerging technologies. He is also partner with fintech startups, regulators, and industry stakeholders to explore new opportunities and solutions for the digital banking ecosystem. He has successfully launched multiple initiatives that have increased customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction, as well as reduced costs and risks. Additionally, he has a unique expertise in Islamic banking, having led the development and marketing of Sharia-compliant products and services. He is also a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), and a Business & Finance Professional UK.
