Mr. Liaquat Rabbani brings with him a rich work experience of 16 years in the field of Electrical, Teaching & Training and Academic Operations Management in Technical and Vocational Education & Training (TVET) sector followed by numerous professional trainings.

Prior to joining THF, he has worked at Aman Foundation (AMANTECH), Siemens Pakistan Engineering Company Limited and Crescent Textile in different capacities.

Mr. Liaquat holds a degree in Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resource Management and is also qualified for a Diploma in Engineering IVQ Electrical & Electronics from City & Guilds UK.
