Friday Sep 7th 2018: With an objective to contribute in preserving the environment, THF organized a plantation drive in Farouq Ahmed & Aftab Shamsi Technical Institute situated at Bedian Road, Lahore. This event was attended by Air Vice Marshal (R) Farooq Omar as the chief guest. Mr. Farooq Omar, a highly decorated Armed Forces Hero who has been awarded with Sitara e Imtiaz, Tamgha- i- Basalat, Sitara -i-Basalat, Sitara-i- Imtiaz, Tamgha- i- Basalat.
While addressing the students Air Vice Marshal (R) Farooq Omar said that he was thankful to THF for giving him the opportunity and emphasized that tree plantation is very important for the community. He also said that this initiative will go a long way in inculcating awareness among students about environmental conservation. It is the duty of every citizen to keep environment clean and fresh.
THF is a nonprofit organization formed to act as a catalyst to promote vocational training, raising the bar of technical training with internationally certified qualification and make our graduates employable in Pakistan and abroad.
