Sr. Manager - Finance & Accounts

Location: Head Office, Karachi.

This position requires work on specific finance and accounting matters as well as taxation statutory compliance, secretarial, Donor reporting. Prior experience in working with Non-Profit Organization would be highly desirable.

Requirements: Candidate should have at least 8 years of relevant experience in accounting and tax function, preferably in development or other commercial projects.

Qualifications: Chartered accountant finalist or certified ACCA or ICMA

Attributes:

- Demonstrated knowledge of financial accounting and taxation, preferably in a public or private limited company.

- Excellent analytical skills and ability to proactively take up and resolve challenging situations

This position requires work on Development of SOP, overseeing the implementation and monitoring compliances and taking necessary action on non-compliance and formulate, review, guide, policies and procedures for internal audit team.

Requirements: Candidate should have at least 5 years of audit background in both financial and operational audits, good appreciation of risk management and risk mitigance. Prior experience in working with Non-Profit Organization would be highly desirable.

Project Manager

Location: Head Office, Karachi.

The Project Manager is expected to have a complete understanding of the design, planning and implementation of the buildings under construction. He must have good knowledge of the finances, materials, field conditions and challenges to be faced. He must be able to convey specific elements of the design and overall project to the Contractor throughout the construction phase.

Qualifications: This position requires a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, preferably with a degree / diploma in Management

Experience: He must have at least 10 years proven experience in similar position.

Qualifications: Chartered accountant finalist or certified ACCA or ICMA

Attributes:

- The applicant should have good communication skills, exhibit great attention to details, and be capable of managing multiple projects both financially and technically.

- Must have proven leadership ability, communications skills, interpersonal skills and sound judgment.

- Must be able to develop strong relationships with the Architect, Contractor and other agencies.

Principal

Location: Lahore

The Principal will be expected to manage academic operations, resource optimization, strategic planning and implementation of creative and realistic solutions to improve quality of education.

Qualification: The right candidate should be an engineer/technical professional with minimum Bachelors of Engineering. Possessing a B.Ed/Industry background will be an advantage.

Experience: Preferably 10-15 years of having successfully managed a large technical institute. Ex-Armed Services officers with relevant technical experience (e.g. 501 Workshops) are encouraged to apply.
